We will e-mail to confirm your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please check your spam folder for our e-mail.

We absolutely will ALWAYS ship within two business days of receiving cleared payment. All items are packaged professionally and ship from our location in Northeast Ohio. Upon shipment, we will e-mail you with shipping info.

We accept returns on everything within 14 days, for any reason, with NO re-stocking fee! Prior to returning, please e-mail us for a return merchandise authorization number. This number MUST be written on the outside of the shipping box. Pieces must be in the same condition as we originally shipped to you, and re-packaged with the same care that we provided upon original shipment. If returning via USPS, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance must be purchased. Upon return receipt, we will issue a total refund (less shipping cost).
