Vintage J&C Signed Handpainted Lily Pad Plate Floral
Hand painted plate by J&C "Queen Louise". It is signed and dated on the back by what LOOKS to be E.M. Laughlin. Measures approximately 8 5/8" in diameter and is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips.
