From the North Pole Series, "Beard Barber Shop" lighted building by Department 56. Item number 56340. This piece is dated on the bottom as 1994, which is the first year of release. This piece was retired in 1997.
Probably unused as the sign is still separate in the box. However, see photos as the styrofoam packaging was damaged somewhere along the way and there is a red "X" marked in two places on the box. We have inspected the building though and it is in excellent condition with no issues.
