From the North Pole Series, "Santa's Bell Repair" lighted building by Department 56. Item number 56389. This piece is dated on the bottom as 1996, which is the first year of release. Retired in 1998.
It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other issues. Gently used and kept stored in the original packaging. The box is also in nice condition and the cardboard sleeve has only minor wear.
