From the North Pole Series, "North Pole Express Depot" lighted building by Department 56. Item number 56278. This piece is dated on the bottom as 1993, which is the first year of release. Very detailed with the glitter "snow" on the roof!  This piece was retired in 1998. 

It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other issues. All of the flags are in tact. Gently used and kept stored in the original packaging. The box is also in nice condition with normal wear to the cardboard sleeve.
