Framed work and I confess that I do not know the artist or what media for sure that it is. It is such an interesting piece and I've spent hours staring at it over time. I assume that it is a print because if you look carefully, the pencil/charcoal (???) lines are just a tad off in the center of the work (I show this in my photo of under the bridge).
The frame measures approximately 29" x 24 3/4". And the work itself measures approximately 19 5/8" by 15 5/8". There is no glass covering the front of the frame. I believe that the frame is a gold brush painted wood. There are two scratch marks at the top of the frame on the wood. I mention for clarity because with the gold brush painting to the wood, they are barely noticeable (see photos). The paper backing is off from the back of the frame.
