From the North Pole Series, "Start a Tradition Set" 12 piece set byD epartment 56. Item number 56390. This buildings are dated on the bottom as 1996, which is the first year of release. This set was retired in 1996.

Set of 12 includes Candy Cane Lane set of two buildings...Candy Cane & Peppermint Shop and Gift Wrap & Ribbons, one 2 piece accessory "Candy Candy Elves", 6 trees, a brick road, and a bag of snow.

It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other issues. We purchased this as new old stock from a store that recently went out of business. The pieces were unopened until we removed for photos. The box is also in nice condition with only minor shelf wear.
