From the North Pole Series, "NeeNee's Dolls & toys" lighted building by Department 56. Item number 56200. This piece is dated on the bottom as 1991, which is the first year of release. Very detailed with the glitter "snow" on the roof! The wreath on the front entrance contains the first letter to spell out "North Pole". This piece was retired in 1995.
It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other issues. Gently used and kept stored in the original packaging. The box is also in nice condition and the cardboard sleeve has only minor wear.
