From the Dickens' Village series, "The Christmas Carol Cottage" lighted building by Department 56. Item number 58339 from the Christmas Carol Revisited Series. Uses "Magic Smoke" to create a smoking effect from the chimney! First introduced in 1996 and the backstamp on this piece is from that year. Retired in 2000.

It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other issues. Perhaps never used, and kept stored in original packaging. The sleeve is also in nice condition with only normal edge wear.
